Kids contest (age 12 and under) begins at 1 PM with Kids-at-Heart immediately following.  Please note that all costumes MUST be family-friendly and the staff of River City Toy Fest reserve the right to disqualify entry.  If you are unsure about your costume, please contact us beforehand.
